Return policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- returned with a proof of purchase (receipt or online order number)
- in re-saleable condition: unused, unworn, and returned in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Please note that shipping is at buyer’s cost.
- For items purchased via third-party platforms, a 10% fee will be deducted from the refund due to non-refundable commission fees charged by the third party.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your item. We cannot accept any responsibility for damages reported after this period.
If you have received incorrect items, we are extremely sorry about our mistake and for any inconvenience this might have caused.
If there are items missing from your order, you must report it to within 5 working days of receiving your order, we will interview the packer at our warehouse first and send you the missing item if it is proved to be our mistake. We bear no responsibility for items not reported as missing in the five working days following delivery.
If the item is faulty within Warranties period, we will arrange a pre-paid courier ticket for you to return the item to us for testing. If it is faulty, we will repair or replace damaged or faulty goods.
If the product cannot be repaired or exchanged for a same or similar item, a full refund will be provided.
If items returned to us as faulty are found to be in full working order upon testing, you will be liable for any extra shipping costs incurred. Please ensure that you have explored possible options such as flat batteries before returning the item to us.
Refunds will be processed via the method of payment, please be aware that bank clearance times vary and there may be some delay before funds appear in your account.

Yes, customers are welcome to pick up at 7B Colway Place, Wairau Valley Auckland. 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday

How long will delivery take?
Generally, parcels are delivered within about 2-3 working days for North Island. For South Island it takes about 3-5 working days for you to receive your item. If items have to be delivered to an rural address, please allow a further 1-2 working days on top of this.If you are not home between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday to receive parcel then a detailed card will be left where the item can be collected from.

no, we only ship in New Zealand at the moment.
